DAMAGED ART PIECES
In the unlikely event your item becomes damaged during shipping, we will replace, repair or refund your purchase depending on the circumstances. Since most of our art pieces are one-of-kind, exact exchanges are not always possible. However, we will do our best to work with you and find a similar piece. We must be notified within 30 days of purchase. Photos must be provided documenting the damage that occurred. If we cannot replace or repair your item, we will credit you for the total purchase price. Products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment or by check.
LOCAL SALES AND DELIVERY
If you are in the Twin Cities and would like to see and purchase our artwork in person, please call for an appointment. Sales are not available on a walk-in basis.
Sales within a 20 mile radius may be hand delivered by our shop staff.
All of our art is crafted from aircraft that was once in service. Parts come directly off of the aircraft. There are small scratches and imperfections in each piece due to its' authenticity. That is not considered damage. However, if your artwork is broken during shipping, we will exchange the piece once we receive the old one.
RE-USE OF AIRCRAFT PARTS
All of our pieces are scrap only and may not be used for aviation use. They are not air worthy and may not be re-used.

Since many of our items are one of a kind, sometimes items are not available for sale. If this happens, we will notify you and try to create a new item for you whenever possible. Each item is a one-of-a-kind and may not look exactly as pictured.
Aero Art Shop will not share our customers information outside of our organization or sell any information to third parties.
